The present terms of transactions cover every transaction (sale of products and their shipment) between the user and the Company. Their acceptance has the same legal significance as the signing of a written agreement.

The relevant confirmation email includes all details of your order. If you identify any errors, you must inform the Company immediately.
Limitation of Liability
The Company provides no guarantee regarding the availability of products but guarantees timely information of final consumers regarding their non-availability.

The place of conclusion of the contract is considered to be Pyrgos, where the Company is based.
Time of Execution of Services
After completion of the order, the consumer receives a confirmation of receipt of the order at the email address declared during registration. The products are delivered to the courier service within one to three days from the place of business. Any corrections to the order must be made before dispatch.
Duration of Price and Offer
As transactions are carried out in real time, the binding price is the one at which the buyer placed the order. This price remains valid for as long as it is stated on the online store olybeea.com. Any subsequent repricing does not affect pending orders. In the event of a valid correction of the order by the user, the binding price is that which applies at the time of correction and not at the time of execution.

Withdrawal / Return – Replacement of Products
Right of Return
You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their replacement within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt. A prerequisite for returning the product in this case is that it remains intact in its original packaging, has not been damaged or unsealed, and that you have the relevant receipt. The refund will be completed within 10 days from the date of receipt of the returned products. The refund will be made by crediting the account you will provide.
Return Shipping Costs
Return and shipping costs related to any exchange are borne by the user/customer and not by the Company. Exceptions are the following cases:
a) in all cases where, due to proven fault of the Company, products other than or substantially different from those ordered were delivered
b) in all cases where there was a defect in the product

Order Cancellation
Order cancellation may take place in the following cases:
Before the order is completed, during the electronic ordering process, you may go back and remove product quantities from your cart by pressing the “remove” button.
If the electronic order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped, you may contact us within 3 working days (+30 6979865329 or olybeea@gmail.com) and one of our associates will proceed with the cancellation of your order.
After receiving the product, you may contact us at olybeea@gmail.com, explaining the reason you wish to cancel the order. We will serve you immediately and inform you of all your options.
Force Majeure
The Company is not responsible for delays in the execution of orders (including delivery) due to circumstances not attributable to the Company or due to force majeure and shall be entitled to an extension of time. Indicatively and not restrictively, such cases include: strikes, floods, natural disasters, terrorist acts or any situation beyond the Company’s control, such as problems and delays from suppliers in the supply of their products.

Shipments Abroad
The user/customer ordering from the online store must be aware that the products must be acceptable and approved for import into their country or the country of destination/delivery.
