This is honey excreted from a mixture of flowers of exceptional quality and with particular characteristics. Produced from a multitude of natural and aromatic flora (e.g. ligaria, thistle, thyme, clover, eucalyptus, orange blossom etc.) found in both, the mountainous areas of Ilia, as well as on its plains (Olympia) – the honey comes with an excellent aroma, its own discreet flavour and a nutritional wealth, which is attributable to its richness in minerals, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus and ferrum.
